This Privacy Policy explains the policy of Tommy Higle Publishers and The Journey Series^® regarding the use by Tommy Higle Publishers of information collected from Email Users who correspond with The Journey Series^® by EMAIL.

Customer Information

When you order from our website, we request your customer id, name, church name (if applicable), mailing address, shipping address (if different), phone number, and email address (optional). 

We use the phone number and/or email address to communicate with you about your order or your account.  At the time of your first order, your name, address, phone number, and email address are put into our customer database.  Unless you request otherwise, we add your mailing address to our postal mailing list to receive catalogs from our company.  If you include your email address, we use it for order verification and for shipping notification.

We do not sell, rent, distribute, or otherwise provide a customer’s information to any third party.

Use of Cookies

The JourneySeries.com website uses “session” cookies, not “persistent” cookies.  A cookie is created when the user adds an item to his/her shopping cart and is destroyed when the user closes his/her browser.  The only information that is ever stored in the cookie is product and quantity data.

Credit Card Information

Our customers’ credit card information is not stored electronically and any other way by Tommy Higle Publishers.  Our employees who have access to credit card information are required to keep the information confidential and only use such information to process the order.

If Tommy Higle Publishers decides to change or update this PRIVACY POLICY, it will post the changes so that the USER is always aware of what information Tommy Higle Publishers collects and how it uses that information.
